Hi, thanks for stopping by Meditate.ie. My name is Jenny-Lee and I'm delighted to be able to share with you this practice of Kundalini Yoga. I discovered Yoga at the early age of ten, from my amazing aunt, Patty Anderson who is also a Yoga teacher and teaching to many at the ripe old age of 79. She is my hero and daily inspiration. Having Patty as a role model for this wonderful practice of Yoga led me to discover and find out more about how Yoga could make my day to day living better. I have practiced many different styles of Yoga over many years and through a dear friend I found Kundalini Yoga. I began to practice Kundalini Yoga on a daily basis and within a matter of days I began to notice the benefits. I felt so uplifted and more energised than ever before. I was intrigued by this very unusual style of Yoga that used a lot of weird breathing techniques and the chanting was so new to me I never thought I would ever get used to it. But I kept being drawn in. My first teacher of Kundalini Yoga was Kia Miller. I would go online and practice with her daily. I wanted more though and so in 2014 I completed my 220 hour Yoga Teacher Training here in Dublin, Ireland. I studied with the Jivan Mukta Academy at Samadhi in Temple Bar under Jai Kartar Kaur and Guru Sahai Kaur. This beautiful practice has so much to offer. But it has to be experienced. I always say to people don't take my word for it. Find out for yourself. Only you can notice the changes within. And the practice of Kundalini Yoga will change you, so if you do not want to change then don't practice it. However, if you want a transformation in body, mind and spirit it will definitely do the job but in the most wonderful way. It is the most transformational Yoga I have ever done. I feel privileged to know these sacred techniques and honoured to be able to share them with you. So come and join me anytime and we will bring harmony into our lives with this beautiful practice together.
